From I-405 Northbound or Southbound:
1. At I-405 exit 11, take ramp right for I-90 toward Spokane
2. At I-90 exit 11A, take the left lane of the ramp toward 156th Ave SE (go over the Freeway)
3. Sunset Village plaza is in the NE part of the crossing of 148th/150th Ave SE and SE     Eastgate Way
4. India Gate is in Sunset Village between the Toyota dealership and the Dairy Queen

From I-90 Eastbound:
